Hoops for Haiti Basketball Camp - IN HAITI

Hoops for Haiti has been working in Haiti since 2009.  Last May (2013), we fixed up a couple of basketball courts, led a basketball clinic and held a basketball tournament in Cap-Haitien. It was a very successful time and event.  Now this year, we are expecting even more basketball players and spectators.

WE NEED YOUR HELP! We have received donated uniforms, basketballs and shoes from all over the United States and Canada for the young basketball players of Haiti. However, we do not have enough money to send these donations to Haiti. In order for us to get the required amount of equipment (uniforms, shoes, basketballs) into Haiti, it's going to cost about USD$5,000.  Please helps us bring a message of hope and love through basketball.

Hoops for Haiti 100% volunteer led.  There are no salaries to be paid. Therefore, 100% of the USD$5,000 raised will go to shipping and travel issues, including paying customs duties and fees in country. (For more about customs in Haiti, click on this link.)
